How can I receive a card?

Distribution Partners

We are working with local agencies, non profits and other partners to distribute cards. These organizations will provide their constituents with cards on a case by case basis as they are best placed to understand the needs of their clients, staff, service users and so on.

Partner organizations include local law enforcement, education providers, early education centers, care and medical facilities and those employing front line workers and providing front line services. We record how many cards are requested and provided to each partner and track used cards so that we can be sure that distributed cards are going where they are needed and make sure they are being used. We do not collect the names of every individual provided with a card through our partners.

Know Someone Who Needs a Card?

If you know someone who you think needs a card we are also able to distribute cards to individuals on an ad hoc basis. Send an email to: help4hopemontrose@gmail.com. You will need to provide us with some basic information about the circumstances and we will arrange to deliver the card or have the recipient come to collect it. This information will be kept confidential.

What to do if you are given a card?

Check out the information on our website about participating restaurants (note these cards are only redeemable at restaurants who have completed the paperwork to be reimbursed by the program). Select the restaurant you would like to order from. Call them and let them know you have a Community Investment card to redeem, they will let you know what you can choose from, place your order, arrange your pick up. Don’t forget to take your card with you. The restaurant will take your card and record the transaction.

Would your organization like to become a distribution partner?
